Getting to the hotel

Our convenient location makes it easy to here by car or by train.

By car:
From the A1: Take the Ratekau exit and then drive in the direction of Hemmelsdorf/Timmendorfer Strand. Follow the road until you reach Timmendorfer Strand and then turn right onto the B76 towards Lübeck-Travemünde. Leave the B76 and turn left towards Niendorf/Hafen. At the main road turn right onto Strandstraße, after approx. 500 metres you’ll find the Hotel Yachtclub on the right hand side.

Parking:
A limited number of paid parking spaces are available directly at the hotel.  A reservation is required. The nearest free public car park is on An der Aalbeek (by Vogelpark), which is about 800 metres from the hotel..

By public transport:
Take the train to Lübeck main station where you’ll need to change and take the train to Timmendorfer Strand. From Timmendorfer Strand train station, walk (approx. 5 min.) to the Timmendorfer Strand/Bhf bus stop. Take the bus heading towards Timmendorfer Strand-Niendorf and get off at the Apotheke/Niendorf bus stop. Walk back along Strandstraße for approx. 200 metres and you’ll find the Hotel Yachtclub is on the left-hand side.

The train station is 4 km from the hotel. A taxi ride will cost about €10 and take about 10 minutes.
