Relaxation on warm sand - the quartz sand bath

You know the pleasant feeling you get when you lie directly on warm sand at the beach? That’ll give you some idea of what the treatments on the quartz sand bath are like. Circulation-enhancing, micro-massage effects provide a sense of well-being and stress relief while you experience deep relaxation. It’s the most pleasant way to purify the skin and stimulate the metabolism. The warm quartz sand used in physical hot sand therapy is also successful in aiding rheumatism, gout, back problems and general pain conditions. Or you might just want to treat yourself to something special.

“Pizza massage” for our tadpoles (3 - 9 years)

Sensitive stroking massage for the back combined with a little journey of the imagination: “today I'll bake a pizza and everything I like to eat can be on it”.

We want your loved ones to be able to relax properly. One parent is therefore welcome to be present during the massage (we apologise for any inconvenience, however, due to distancing rules we are only allowed to have one other person in the treatment room). 

In addition to this, at least one parent must give their prior written consent.

“Chocolate dream” for little connoisseurs (10 - 15 years)

An anti-stress massage helps to remove accumulated muscle tension and relieve stress. Sometimes a gentle, soothing massage is all you need to cope with a stressful school day or a moment of extraordinary tension. The pampering programme for your loved one starts with a gentle sugar scrub on the back and continues with a relaxing back massage. The scent of chocolate and vanilla permeates the room and will put you in a good mood.

To make your little ones feel more comfortable, one parent is welcome to join you during the massage (we apologise for any inconvenience, however, due to distancing rules we are only allowed to have one other person in the treatment room). However, we are also happy to respect the child's wish for privacy while you take a seat in our lounge for as long as you need.

In addition to this, at least one parent must give their prior written consent.
